Province X in Indonesia has a significant problem with trash that been challenging to address. The Environment Agency therefore desires construct an inorganic Trash Management System. four potential locations various capacities. purpose of this research is locate treatment system's best possible site and allocate each TPS less than 30 km more over from the chosen system, respectively, ensure overall distance traveled as little possible. There are locations, it required select three them. This study use LINGO 18.0 software solve Capacitated Maximum Covering Location Problem (CMCLP) approach. Distance parameters used by CMCLP split into two stages. first stage determine location system be built allocation amount using Mix Integer Programming. B not out options, which A, B, C, D. System A will receive 1,407,520 tons totaling 24 TPS. C receives 147 weighing 1,294,495 pounds. D 819,142 88 away takes place second stage. Three assigned seven
